Government & Public Sector

Clearer services. Accountable workflows.

Public service workflows need clear responsibilities, accessible experiences and traceable decisions. We begin with your service rules, data requirements and approval structure.

Delivered: AI-based automated design validation for a UAE public-sector authority.

Where it breaks today

Where a request loses its trail.

Common patterns in the sector, not a description of a specific organisation.

  • Requests arrive incomplete

Applications arrive by email or at the counter with documents missing, so the first step is chasing information.

  • Routing depends on people

Who reviews a request is known by experience rather than by rule, so work stalls when someone is away.

  • Decisions are hard to trace

The decision, its supporting documents and its approval history sit in different places when audit asks.

A connected workflow

From a request to a traceable decision.

An illustrative starting point. We adapt the steps, roles and controls to your organisation.

  1. Request

Capture a complete request through an accessible service interface.

  2. Review

Check required information and route it to the responsible department.

  3. Decide

Record decisions, supporting documents and approval history.

  4. Track

Give authorised teams visibility into status and outstanding actions.

What we’d build first · illustrative

Start with one workflow, end to end.

A possible first scope, not a delivered project. The real one is agreed with your team after discovery.

  • One service, end to end

A single request type from submission to decision, with the required documents checked at the start.

  • Rule-based routing

Reviews routed by department and request type, so work does not wait on one person.

  • A decision record

Each decision stored with its documents and approval history, ready for audit.

  • Status for the right people

Authorised teams see what is outstanding and who owns the next action.

Discovery starts here

Questions we hear first.

What we ask a public-service team first

Which accessibility standard applies (e.g. WCAG 2.1 AA), and must the service be Arabic-first?

The standard and the language order shape every form and screen, so we agree them before design starts.

Must data remain in the UAE, and who approves hosting?

Residency and the hosting approval route decide where the system can run. We plan the environment around them from the start.

Is UAE PASS sign-in required?

Identity decides how people and staff sign in, and which existing government systems the service must work alongside.

Before you ask

Who owns the code?

You do, for the custom work we build for you. It is set out in the engagement agreement. Our own products stay ours.

Is our data ours?

Yes: your data belongs to you.

Will you sign an NDA?

If you need one, yes.

How do we start?

With a free 30-minute discovery call about the workflow, then a short discovery that turns it into an architecture and a phased plan.

How long will it take?

It depends on scope. We confirm scope, timeline and price in a written proposal after discovery.

Where is it hosted?

We can host in-region when data residency matters, or deploy to your own cloud account instead.
