What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and the message describing what you want to build or fix. We do not collect special-category data, and we ask you not to include it.
Why we use it
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and follow up about a potential engagement. We process them on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to ArkanERP, Digital Cubic’s own CRM product, where our team uses it to respond to you. If you accept analytics, the providers described under “Cookies & analytics” receive the usage data listed there. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@digitalcubic.ae. We respond within the period required by law.
Cookies & analytics
We use analytics to understand how this site is used and to improve it. Nothing loads until you choose: the site asks once, and if you decline, no analytics or session tools run at all. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
When you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for aggregate traffic reporting, Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session replay and heatmaps, and PostHog for product analytics. These set first-party and third-party cookies and record pages viewed, links clicked, scroll depth, approximate location by country, device type, and referring campaign.
What is never recorded: anything you type into the enquiry form. Name, email, phone, company and your message are masked from session replay and are excluded from analytics entirely — they are sent only to us and to our CRM in order to answer you. We also strip any email address or phone number from analytics data as a second safeguard.
We also use Sentry for error monitoring: when something on the site fails, it records technical details about the error so we can find and fix it. Because it helps keep the site working reliably, it runs regardless of your analytics choice.
