When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and the message describing what you want to build or fix. We do not collect special-category data, and we ask you not to include it.

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and follow up about a potential engagement. We process them on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your submission may be processed by the service providers that deliver it to us ([EMAIL/FORM PROVIDER, e.g. Resend/Formspree]) and [HOSTING PROVIDER]. These providers act on our instructions under appropriate safeguards. [List any cross-border transfers and the safeguards used, per UAE PDPL.]

We use analytics to understand how this site is used and to improve it. Nothing loads until you choose: the site asks once, and if you decline, no analytics or session tools run at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the choice appear again.

When you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for aggregate traffic reporting, Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session replay and heatmaps, and PostHog for product analytics. These set first-party and third-party cookies and record pages viewed, links clicked, scroll depth, approximate location by country, device type, and referring campaign.

What is never recorded: anything you type into the enquiry form. Name, email, phone, company and your message are masked from session replay and are excluded from analytics entirely — they are sent only to us and to our CRM in order to answer you. We also strip any email address or phone number from analytics data as a second safeguard.

We additionally use Sentry to record technical errors so we can fix them. This is necessary for the site to work reliably, runs regardless of your analytics choice, and collects no personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
