Web application development in Dubai: business software built around how you work
Bring people, processes and information into a web platform designed for your operation, with the right view for every role.
- Four business platforms we built and run ourselves
- In use at a UAE engineering consultancy
- Licensed in Dubai (DED)
- Arabic and English
Sound familiar?
Spreadsheets and disconnected tools hide who owns the next action.
No shared picture
Work, permissions and reporting live in different places, so managers chase status instead of deciding.
Approvals without rules
Responsibilities, delegations and exceptions are informal, so outcomes depend on who happens to be around.
Re-typing the same data
Existing tools don't talk to each other, so the same information is entered again and again.
How it starts
One conversation, then a written scope.
- Reach out
Send a short note about the workflow you’re trying to control. Our team gets back to you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting.
- Free 30-minute discovery call
A working session on the problem, not a pitch, in Arabic or English. If we’re not the right team for it, we say so.
- Written scope & proposal
If we fit, we confirm scope, timeline and price in a written proposal: architecture, modules, deployment and support model.
What you get
You get the platform, its code and a way to release it.

Why Digital Cubic
Designed around people and responsibilities.
Roles and permissions first
Access is designed around responsibilities and data boundaries from the start.
Maintainable architecture
Business rules, data and integrations stay understandable as the platform grows.
Checked before production
Critical workflows and integrations are validated before release, in clear, accessible interfaces.
Before you enquire
Questions we hear first.
Can we replace spreadsheets gradually?
Yes. We can prioritise one workflow, agree how existing data moves, and introduce additional modules in phases. The transition plan should make ownership clear while both systems are in use.
Can the platform integrate with our ERP or CRM?
Where the existing platform provides suitable APIs or supported exchange methods, we can design an integration. We assess identity, data ownership, sync frequency and failure handling as part of the scope.
Can you extend an existing application?
We first review the code, architecture, dependencies and deployment process. That establishes whether extending the system is sensible and what needs attention before adding features.
What does it cost?
There’s no public price list. We price to your scope and confirm it, with the timeline, in a written proposal after a free 30-minute discovery call.
Who owns the code?
You do, for the custom work we build for you. It is set out in the engagement agreement. Our own products stay ours.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA if you need one.
Can you host and run it for us?
Yes, if you choose it. We can host in-region when data residency matters, or deploy to your own cloud account instead. Operating is a separate, optional relationship.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Our team works in Arabic and English, and we build bilingual systems.
